When businesses think of possible implementation, we need to be clear and comprehensive way, in what world are we and where it joins.
Even small business units, certain market trends can guide us to invent or develop new options discovering profitable niche markets. How to detect social trends to develop new markets or business opportunities.
Now, according to Taylor and Wacker’s book “What is … and then “there are 4 new freedoms:
* To know, for access to knowledge that exists and that more than knowledge itself that matters is the need to know as an attitude.
* You go. The people move as never before, working, residences, country.
* From doing. With the collapse of corporate loyalty, self-making has been transformed into the most valued key
* If. Create personal freedom
Some features of today’s world
* Reduction of “victimhood” and glorification of authenticity and responsibility for us
* Expansion of perspective (the disappearance of borders, governments disappear)
* Conversion of the communication (connectivity)
* Growth of the economic value of information shared (loses value the retention of information)
* Rupture of the mass consciousness and the emergence of individual realities and lifestyles situational.
* Establishment of a new empathy based on individual powerlessness.
Loss of the old rules
* Allegiance (the user or consumer has many more options or companies to choose and stay with who best meets their needs, not “home” with a supplier)
* Security. The permanence. The loss of stability and insecurity leads to increasing the value of stability will disappear.
* Anxiety as the dominant emotion of the day
New Rules
* Creation of demand-driven markets
* Appearance of tribalism
* Falls consumption and status to make way for illegal wealth and nobility decadent (not many things but few but good)
* World ruled by chaos. Companies must manage the risk of their customers
* Raise the value personal power (crossover with stress)
* Strategies and survival skills
We live in a world where the cause of the effect is disengaged, the experience is unhooked the result. If you’re going to succeed with the chaos, you must connect to the chaos. It must act in concert with the chaos. It means relying on intuition, trust yourself.
You may find it paradoxical that despite all survive some ethical eternal and yet we can recognize in ourselves and in others. Otherwise, the work would have lost its meaning in a society that increasingly uses technology to move the man to decline the job or in the richest societies, hours of work.
